Massage is a form of remembering, aaah, this is what it's like to just relax. 

Hi, I'm Angel and I'm excited to (softly and gently!) launch Melt Massage for Women...

I've created a safe, beautiful and calm space for women to visit and leave in touch with their inner calmness. 

It's always been my ambition to create a sanctuary where once you step through that door any stress, anxiety or just day to day niggles are left at the front door. A time for you to actually just relax through the deeper relaxation achieved through massage. Time for some TLC!

I have always wanted to work with other women to help navigate life challenges, stresses and emotions. 

Massage is a direct gateway to your nervous system - through touch, pressure and technique. Muscle relaxation signals to your body and brain that you can come out of 'fight or flight' and into a more regulated state of being - in mind and body. As someone who has always held emotion, stress or anxiety in my body, leading to chronic muscular tension, massage for me has always been the golden ticket to letting it go. Massage also helps with sleep, circulation and general mental well being. 

So come visit my little sanctuary, your sanctuary, enjoy a massage, a soothing herbal tea if you like. It's a little time for you to melt!
